Project Overview
NovaLabs needed a turnkey web-based solution for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations of stirred reactors. We built CliqScale.R, a sophisticated cloud platform that enables scientists and engineers to run complex OpenFOAM simulations directly from their browser—democratizing access to industrial-grade CFD analysis.

The Challenge
NovaLabs required a platform that could make complex CFD simulations accessible to scientists and engineers without requiring deep expertise in computational infrastructure.
- CFD simulations traditionally require expensive hardware and specialized expertise
- OpenFOAM setup and configuration is complex and time-consuming
- Scientists needed to focus on research, not infrastructure management
- Results visualization required separate software installations
- Data security critical for proprietary research and formulations
- Need for structured machine learning-ready output data
Our Solution
We developed CliqScale.R as a complete cloud-based CFD platform with an intuitive web interface, automated simulation workflows, and integrated visualization.
- Intuitive web application accessible from any browser
- One-click simulation launches with automated OpenFOAM configuration
- CliqView.R integrated viewer for instant results visualization
- Native OpenFOAM format preservation for advanced analysis
- Encrypted data storage and secure processing pipeline
- Structured output optimized for machine learning workflows
Technical Implementation
We built a scalable cloud architecture that orchestrates complex CFD workloads while maintaining security and ease of use.
